Capped agent demand validation · Version 2026-09-14-public-demand-validation. Wallet-signed self-service is active under published technical limits. Formal entity, jurisdiction, and scaled-service terms remain deferred to the second open.
AssetFare is non-custodial software that returns route quotes and bounded unsigned actions. It does not request or store seed phrases, private keys, or signed transactions. The user or its agent independently verifies, signs, and submits every transaction.
The initial routes are Solana SOL to Base ETH or Arbitrum ETH through direct Raydium CLMM instructions, Circle CCTP, a Circle Paymaster, the chain-specific AssetFare destination executor, and a direct destination swap. Cross-chain execution is sequential and non-atomic before destination settlement. Quotes are estimates with short expiry and do not guarantee price, completion time, or availability.
AssetFare charges 1 basis point, capped at 5 USDC, only in a successful destination settlement. Network, protocol, Paymaster, price-impact, and third-party fees are borne by the user and shown when available.
A failed or delayed workflow can leave assets as Solana USDC, in-flight CCTP funds, or destination smart-account USDC. The workflow API reports the last verified state and recovery direction. Users must not send assets directly to an executor contract outside a documented session action.
Demand-validation limits apply per wallet and globally. AssetFare may reject or pause new sessions when safety, liquidity, RPC quorum, provider, or operational checks fail. There is no service-level agreement during demand validation.
Users and their agents are responsible for their own applicable obligations. This operational notice is not legal advice; formal operator, jurisdiction, and legal-policy terms are deferred to 2차 오픈.
